From the author of The Sweet Taste of Muscadines comes a deeply moving work of Southern fiction. When the Moon Turns Blue is the story of one woman’s fight to hold on to friends, family and community amidst a brewing conflict that divides her small Georgia town. With a cast of compassionate, relatable characters, this is a poignant and timely novel about family, friendship, and what can happen when we discover that we don’t particularly
like the people we love.

The discussion will be moderated by Allison Adams, Director of research and scholarly writing at Emory University’s Center for Faculty Development and Excellence.

ATLANTA AUTHOR’S MISSION STATEMENT

The Atlanta Authors Series is sponsored by the Friends of the Roswell Library and the Friends of the East Roswell Library as well as both branches of the Fulton County Library System, to give patrons of the library a sample of what local authors are writing and to give local authors the opportunity to share what they have written. Authors will talk about themselves, and their books, answer questions, and sign books for attendees. All of these programs will be held in Roswell and/or virtually online and are open to the public at no charge.
